We are seeking an enthusiastic person to fill a 6-month contract position within our Finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assisting daily Accounts receivable & Accounts payable tasks.
- Reconciling bank statements & month-end reconciliation and solving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate & up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Performing daily data entry and daily bookkeeping tasks
- Assisting with internal and external queries& auditing
- Assisting Finance manager in preparing reports
- Collaborating with Finance team to improve financial procedures and systems
- Providing support to Finance team where needed

Skills and experiences require

- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to be multiple tasks
- Experience with Xero preferred
- Intermediate to advance MS Office skills
- Ability to work as part of team
- Self-motivated and self-driven
