Melbourne

Our client is an established events business based in Melbourne's north. Their Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Floral teams work closely together – alongside clients, venues, suppliers and contractors – to bring each client's vision to life on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

As their floral offering continues to grow, they're investing in a dedicated leader to take the department to the next level.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Floral Manager to lead, develop and manage our client's Floral Department in this newly created, full-time role.

This is a senior, hands-on position where you'll take ownership of the floral function from initial brief through to production and successful delivery. You'll lead the floral team, work directly with clients, support the Sales team to win new business, and drive the development of new floral products and packages – all while keeping a close eye on budgets, labour and margins.

Reporting to the Directors and working closely with Sales and Operations, you'll be part of a collaborative leadership team with genuine scope to shape the future of the business's floral offering. The role is generally structured around a five-day week, with flexibility and weekend work required in line with the events calendar.

Competitive salary package based on skills and experience

Full-time role generally structured around a five-day week, in a business that values sustainable workloads

Creative variety across client events, new product ranges and marketing initiatives

A cooperative leadership environment working across Sales, Operations and Warehouse
