EatClub, a leading Australian consumer-tech platform, is seeking a Head of Retention to own growth in Australia, the UK and Current Zealand. You’ll lead lifecycle initiatives that turn first-time diners into regulars, drive repeat frequency and increase long-term value.
You’ll shape the strategy, run experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data, Finance, and Commercial to deliver measurable impact across the business. Experience with high-frequency apps or marketplaces is advantageous.
