This role is for experienced operators who take ownership, lead by example and deliver high standards every day.

What you'll be doing

Leading and managing your own 2-person crew

Delivering high-quality landscape maintenance across commercial sites

Mowing, hedging, pruning, weed control and general horticultural work

Basic irrigation diagnostics, repairs and maintenance

Managing your daily schedule, job completion and site standards

Operating company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally

Communicating with clients and management, and reporting works through our company systems

Spotting issues early and sorting out solutions

What you'll bring

Strong organisational and communication skills

A high standard of personal presentation and accountability

The ability to work autonomously and lead a team





Willingness to obtain your ACDC Licence and First Aid certificate

Nice to have

12 months or more in a leadership or leading hand role

White Card

Certificate in Horticulture

What you'll be doing

Working as part of a 2-person crew

Assisting with all aspects of landscape maintenance

Learning mowing, hedging, pruning and weed control techniques

Supporting irrigation maintenance and general site tasks

Keeping every site looking its best

Working together to meet timelines and expectations

What you'll bring
