This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Anthea Crawford as a Store Manager at our new Myer store in Mt Gravatt QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented retail professionals and ensuring exceptional customer service and store performance. As the face of our brand in the local community, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, optimising operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates
Implement effective sales strategies and achieve targeted sales goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Collaborate with regional and head office teams to drive business growth and innovation
Analyse store performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimise operations
Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the store
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (5+ years) in retail management, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong ability to drive sales and profitability
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a seamless shopping experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
