Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to lead a 20+ person team and manage daily operations, service delivery, and stock in a high-volume specialist area. You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager and drive Best Experience for customers.

You will train and develop your team, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with Merchandising and Health and Safety teams. Weekend rosters and some public holiday work are required.
