Naughtons Hotel is looking for an ambitious chef de parti, to join our kitchen and help in maintaining our high standard of food quality. The kitchen has been fitted out with a Josper wood oven, commercial band saw and meat ageing chamber. Our menu focuses on seasonal pub fare involving whole animal butchery and sustainable sourcing.

The role
- Supporting the head chef and sous chefs
Running a section
- Transparent communication with other members of team
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Possess and show initiative
- Strive to ensure quality and consistency in everything produced
Experience & Qualifications
- Cert 3 or 4 in commercial cookery
- Experience in a similar role and environment
- Background in European cooking
