LiveBig is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for its Northern Perth team. The role covers Osborne Park and Kingsley with flexible full time or part-time arrangements (minimum four days per week).
You’ll conduct assessments, develop PBS plans, and deliver supports across home, community, and telehealth settings. NDIS registration is mandatory, with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
