Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be a key member of the team and have responsibility for driving project outcomes through the utilisation of a range of project management tools and methodologies on a daily basis with a high degree of competency. What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 5+ years of experience working for a client-side PM consultancy is preferred, and a construction-related degree is highly desirable.

Your Daily Blueprint

- Project Planning : Lead full lifecycle project planning, including feasibility, authority approvals, stakeholder alignment and design management across complex infrastructure or maritime environments.
- Team Leadership : Provide senior leadership across consultants, contractors and specialist stakeholders, ensuring compliance within live, operational or high-risk sites
- Operational Excellence : Drive procurement strategy, contract negotiation, risk allocation and commercial performance across multiple concurrent projects.
- Financial Management : Manage multi-million-dollar project budgets, forecasting, variations and commercial risk.
- Quality Assurance : Lead compliance reviews, regulatory engagement and site governance inspections.
- Client Delight : Act as trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic direction and confident decision-making.
