Northern Star Surface Mining (NSSM) is seeking an experienced Training Superintendent based at Subiaco Head Office with regular site travel. You will develop, implement and standardise training and competency frameworks across NSSM operations, drawing on solid surface mining and mobile maintenance experience.
Responsibilities include creating fit-for-purpose training plans, conducting assurance audits, and coaching site and corporate leadership to embed best practices.
