An internationally recognised architecture studio is seeking a talented newAssociate to join their Brisbane team, taking a leading and studio-shaping role across major mixed projects
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale mixed-use, retail and multi-residential projects
Oversee design development, documentation and project delivery
Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
Mentor and guide architects and graduates
Contribute to studio operations and project resourcing
Support business development and new project opportunities
Skills & Experience
Registered Architect operating at Associate level, or very close to stepping up in their career
Demonstratedbackground in retail, mixed-use or multi-residential projects
Revit proficiency with soundNCC knowledge
Positively-minded and proactive leadership style, with experience in managing a small team
Confident client-facing with strong commercial awareness
