AR Developments is a growing residential construction company committed to building quality homes while creating opportunity and long-term security for our team. We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team at our Hemmant office on a full-time permanent basis.

This role plays a critical part in supporting project delivery through effective scheduling, compliance management, stakeholder coordination, and administration within On Site Companion (OSC). Candidates with previous OSC experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project schedules, resources and documentation through OSC

Manage project compliance documentation, subcontractor packs, certificates and inspection reports

Track project milestones and support successful project delivery

Monitor and manage pre-handover defects and rectification progress

Coordinate post-handover warranty maintenance

Maintain subcontractor compliance records and documentation

Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of OSC workflows and templates

Liaise with site teams,



subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction administration role

Experience using On Site Companion (OSC) highly regarded

Strong understanding of residential construction processes and systems

Experience with Databuild, Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Office preferred

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships

A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
