Christmas Casual - Customer Liaison - Global Luxury Brand

The Role
Make this your most exciting Christmas season yet We are seeking 3-4 polished and enthusiastic individuals to join the team at one of the world's most iconic luxury houses in Sydney's CBD for the festive period through to end January 2027.
This is a Christmas casual prospect offering approximately 15 hours per week, with an immediate start — perfect for someone who thrives in a premium retail environment and wants to be part of a world-class team during the most exciting time of the retail year.
What You'll Be Doing

- Providing exceptional floor support including serving refreshments and assisting clients
- Stock running — ensuring product is available and beautifully presented on the floor
- Maintaining impeccable housekeeping and store presentation standards
- Supporting the sales team with general store operations
- Potential sales floor involvement depending on skills and experience




- Providing respectful and warm interactions with all clients

What We're Looking For

- Highly organised, proactive, and efficient with strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- A team player who takes initiative and remains composed in a busy environment
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role highly regarded
- Flexibility to work casual shifts across the week including weekends
- Available to commence immediately through to 31 January 2027
