What you'll do
Manage the AP inbox and respond to internal and external queries
Process 100-150 invoices a week, including manual GL coding and three-way matching
Obtain approvals and enter invoices accurately in the ERP system
Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
Prepare and process twice-monthly supplier payment runs
Support month-end AP, including journals and accruals
Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
Work with the wider Finance team and stakeholders to resolve AP issues
About you
2+ years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
Solid understanding of GL coding and month-end processes
Intermediate Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
ERP experience
