The Salvation Army is seeking an Initial Assessment & Planning Worker to join the Housing Pathways Program in Sunshine, VIC. You will provide vital housing support to people in custody at risk of homelessness, including assessments, referrals, and advocacy to secure housing options.

Working with housing providers, support services and justice stakeholders, you will deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe services, contribute to secure transitions back into the community, and report to the Team
