Job Duties

- Coordinate and manage BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues with project stakeholders.




- Maintain and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for document and model control.
- Support construction teams with BIM coordination, model federation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and ISO 19650 procedures.

Job Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, design, drafting, or project coordination.
- At least 2 years of BIM Coordination or BIM Management experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, model federation, and ISO 19650 standards.
