We're looking for a Recruiter to support our Area Managers with high-volume seasonal recruitment across our Christmas photography sets. You'll help us find the elves, Chief Elves, and team who bring our sets to life - managing candidate communication, tracking progress through the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring every candidate has a warm, professional experience. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role. You'll work closely with Area Managers, Talent & Capability, and our central support functions to make sure we have the right people in the right places, at the right time.

Key responsibilities

Support Area Managers with high-volume recruitment across multiple sites

Assist with screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

Manage candidate communication across phone, email, and recruitment platforms

Track candidate progress and ensure compliance requirements are met before onboarding

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly progress updates

Coordinate with Admin to ensure timely onboarding and system entry

Ensure every candidate has a warm, professional experience – whether they're hired or not





About you

Experience in recruitment, or high-volume coordination

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence using recruitment platforms and systems - (we teach you.)

A people-first mindset - you care about the candidate experience

Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure

A team-first attitude - happy to jump in and help wherever needed
