Journey Early Learning Ocean Grove is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to guide curriculum planning and mentor staff in a warm, supportive centre in Geelong Region, VIC. You’ll lead engaging learning experiences and build strong relationships with children and families to support their development.

The role is permanent part time across 5 days, Monday to Friday, with a focus on high-quality early childhood education within a community-focused team.
