The Role

Based out of Underwood, a newly developed position within our organization, has been created for a proactive, motivated, driven individual to join us, in a Full Time / Permanent capacity as a Parts Interpreter.

A role where you will support and advise both internal & external stakeholders on parts, across our new range of products to minimize downtime & maximize productivity.

your key responsibilities will include:

Improving the overall customer satisfaction experience

Liaising with internal departments, to respond to customer enquiries

Implementing process & procedure successfully and following it

Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and directives

Inventory Management

Liaising with internal & external stakeholders

Critical to your success will be:

Minimum 2 years in a related inventory role





A strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailer parts

Fantastic relationship building skills

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of business products

A sense of urgency in everything you undertake

C Class Drivers Licence

Ability to create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships

High level of communication in both phone and email
