No previous medical reception experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided

About the Role

- Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Answering telephone calls and assisting with patient enquiries.
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Assisting with patient registrations and updating medical records.
- Learning to use medical practice management software.
- Supporting general administrative duties and the day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.




- Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses and reception staff.
