Property Manager – Willetton | With or Without Experience
Join a fast-growing agency looking for a capable, motivated person to join our Willetton team. If you enjoy dealing with people, solving problems and keeping things organised, we’ll train the right person and help you build a long-term career in real estate.
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
About the role
You’ll look after a portfolio of residential rental properties and be the link between landlords, tenants and contractors. Your day-to-day will include:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Securing tenants and managing leasing
- Carrying out routine inspections and condition reports
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
- Building positive relationships with tenants,
landlords and suppliers
- Handling day-to-day queries and resolving issues quickly
About you
- Friendly, professional and customer-service focused
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valuable time management and organisation, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a driver's license
- Property management is a plus, but not required
Ability to speak Mandarin is highly regarded
