Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking an Overnight Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. Working the overnight shift, you will prepare produce for in-room dining and contribute to the breakfast service.
You should have previous kitchen experience in a large hotel, robust communication and organisational skills, and be able to work unsupervised during 10pm–6am. Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
