About the Role

You'll be part of a talented culinary team delivering quality dining experiences across Kingfisher Bay Resort's restaurants, bars and event spaces.
Working in a supportive environment, you'll develop your cooking skills while helping prepare and present meals to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their hospitality career within a large resort operation and learn from experienced kitchen professionals.
Key responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook meals to menu and recipe standards

Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations

Maintain food safety,



hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Support stock management and kitchen organisation

Work closely with chefs and service teams

About You

You're passionate about food, eager to learn and excited to build your culinary career in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
You'll bring:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

Food Safety Certificate (RSA desirable)

Experience in a resort, hotel or commercial kitchen environment

Strong organisation and time management skills

A positive attitude and passion for quality food
