Role Snapshot
Role: Broadcast Rigger
Location: Brisbane, with work at sites across Queensland
Work Type:Full time, with regular travel and time away from home
Package: Competitive base, superannuation, site uplift and an annual performance bonus
Licences: High Risk Rigging Licence, Working At Heights and Tower Rescue

Why You Will Be Excited About This Role
Few trades put you this close to the structures a whole state relies on. As a Broadcast Rigger you will climb, build and maintain the towers that carry radio and television into homes across Queensland. The same sites keep emergency services connected when a storm or flood takes everything else down. Your work will matter, and you will see it standing on the skyline.

You will move between large broadcast towers, antenna systems, transmitter sites and underground works, so no two weeks look the same. Your hands on skill with feeders, waveguides and antennas becomes the base for taking charge of parts of a project, with an experienced team leader backing you. The business is growing, including into critical communications and resources work, so the range of sites and systems you can build experience on keeps widening.

- Site uplift and an annual performance bonus on top of superannuation, so the effort you put in shows up in your pay
- Variety that keeps you learning, from broadcast towers and earth station antennas to transmitters and underground cabling
- Responsibility that grows, with the chance to take charge of components of a project as you prove yourself
- Full time work with an established owner and operator of national communications infrastructure
- Work with real purpose,

because the sites you maintain keep communities informed and emergency services connected
