Link Wentworth is seeking a Full time Community Services/Case Manager to drive a whole-of-service system approach for tenant outcomes. Based in West Ryde with local travel across Greater Sydney, you will assess tenants’ needs, develop case plans, and refer to services to sustain tenancies and improve health and wellbeing.
