We’re Growing Join the Zeal Digital Team as a Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC & Paid Social)

About the Role

This isn't a role for someone who boosts posts. This is a performance-first role focused on building, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns that actually move the needle.

Ideally, you are a Google Ads expert who is also very comfortable navigating Meta Ads Manager. You understand that the magic happens in the intersection of smart bidding, tight audience segmentation, and a relentless testing framework.

You aren't a certification-only marketer; you have actual hands-on experience managing live spend, driving lower CPAs, and improving ROAS for e-commerce and service-based brands.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

- Google Ads : Run and optimise Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns. You’ll handle keyword builds, bidding logic, and scaling strategies.
- Meta Performance : Build and manage paid Meta campaigns focused on lead gen, traffic, and conversions (not boosted posts).
- The Technical Plumbing : Independently manage GA4, Tag Manager, and Shopify tracking to ensure our data is accurate and our conversions are tracked.
- Conversion Focus : Monitor landing page performance and provide CRO recommendations. If something isn’t converting, you’re the one to tell us why and how to fix it.
- Client Interaction: Communicate wins and strategies to clients via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Collaboration : Work alongside our SEO and creative teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
- Reporting: Translate complex data into simple, human language that clients actually understand.

What We’re Looking For (The Must-Haves)

- Proven Experience :



Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing live paid campaigns (Google Ads is the priority here).
- Technical Stack : Proficiency in Shopify, GA4, GTM, and Google Merchant Center.
- Paid Social Proficiency : Comfortable managing multi-thousand-dollar monthly spends within Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytical Mindset : A solid understanding of CPA, ROAS, and the ability to make data-backed recommendations.
- Communication : You can explain a complex pivot in strategy without using too much jargon.
- Logistics : Full Australian working rights and comfortable working onsite in Parramatta 5 days a week.
