Queensland Health Brisbane East is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced gerontic care at Redland Residential Care in Cleveland. In this advanced clinical leadership role, you will provide comprehensive, person-centred care for older people with complex clinical, cognitive and behavioural needs, working autonomously and with the multidisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life.
