We’re located on the quiet end of Hay Street in Perth, nestled between the Como Treasury and The Westin Hotel, in a building steeped in history.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy Bar Manager to run our bar on event nights and help our couples throw the party of a lifetime.

About the Role

As our Bar Manager, you’ll own the bar on wedding and event nights — leading a small team of casual bartenders and keeping service fast, friendly and fun for up to 120 guests.

Run bar service from setup to pack down on event nights





Lead, brief and support our casual bartenders

Manage stock levels

Look after drinks packages, bar tabs and close-out

Make sure alcohol is served responsibly and the venue stays compliant

Work with our Wedding & Events Coordinator and vendors to keep the night on schedule

What We’re Looking For

Previous bar management or bar supervisor experience

Confident leading a team in a busy, high-volume workplace

RSA and Manager on Duty accreditation

Cocktail skills are a big plus

Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights

Reliable, organised, calm under pressure — and great with guests

The Details

Casual role, with shifts based around our event calendar (mostly Friday and Saturday nights)

$47.50 per hour + super
