About the position: Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience to join their specialist practice. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $170,000, providing an exciting opportunity for a dedicated skilled to advance their career.

What we’re looking for:

- Accreditation Focus: Either an accredited Family Law Specialist or eager to achieve this accreditation.
- Independent File Management: Proficient in managing client files independently, including appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
- Domestic Violence Case Handling: Skilled in dealing with domestic violence cases and representing clients in the Magistrates Court.
- Collaborative Team Member: Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team environment.
- Exceptional Drafting Skills:



Strong technical skills in drafting both correspondence and court documents.
- Financial Document Expertise: Competent in understanding and organizing financial disclosure documents.
- Client Communication: Excellent client service and communication skills, capable of providing clear and concise legal advice.
- Diligence and Commitment: Efficient, hardworking, and committed to a long-term role.
