Key responsibilities
Handle parts enquiries and provide accurate parts advice
Process quotes, orders and invoices
Support technicians with timely parts supply
Manage stock levels, backorders and supplier communication
Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers
About you
2 - 5 years automotive parts experience (dealership or aftermarket)
Solid parts knowledge and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
