Perigon Group is partnering with a well respected not for profit schools network in Brisbane to find a Capital Program Advisor.

This is an office based role for a quantity surveyor or contract administrator who is ready to step off site and into a stable, purpose driven organisation. You will be the technical check on school capital projects, making sure costings, contracts and claims stack up before funding is released.

What you will do

- Review tenders, costings, scopes and drawings and make clear recommendations
- Assess payment claims and variations against contracts and funding agreements
- Identify financial and compliance risks early
- Write reports, briefing papers and contractual correspondence
- Support capital grant assessments as part of the team
- Build good relationships with school authorities, architects and consultants

What you bring





- Degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction or contract management, or equivalent experience
- Around 3 to 5 years in QS, cost planning, contract administration or procurement
- Strong skills in reading drawings and testing pricing
- Working knowledge of contracts, variations and financial controls
- Advanced Excel
- Strong attention to detail and explicit written communication
