At Harcourts Solutions, we're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Team Leader to take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 400 properties, leading a dedicated team of four (including you).

This isn't a role where you're expected to do everything yourself, constantly put out fires or spend your weekends catching up.

The role

You'll lead a team of four, managing approximately 400 properties with a portfolio ratio of just 1:100.

You'll be responsible for coaching your team, building relationships with landlords, driving performance and ensuring your portfolio operates successfully.

But here's the difference. You'll have an entire support structure behind you.

Our Property Managers are supported by dedicated teams across:

Administration – taking care of administrative tasks so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.

Leasing – a dedicated leasing function to help minimise vacancies and maximise rental returns.

Operations – systems, processes,



compliance and operational support.

Complaint management – support with difficult conversations, escalations and complex matters.

Leadership – experienced Property Management leaders who understand the job and will back you.

Technology and innovation – we're continually investing in smarter systems, automation and AI to make your working day easier.

We don't believe Property Managers should have to be everything to everyone.
