North Regional TAFE invites applications for the permanent full time role of Manager Customer Experience. Based across the region, the role will lead Customer Engagement, Student Operations and Employment Based Training teams to deliver exceptional service and maximise enrolments.

The Manager will embed new organisational systems and processes, strengthen industry and community partnerships, and provide guidance on apprenticeship and traineeship management to ensure outcomes are achieved.
