Surfside Holiday Parks provides the classic Australian beachside holiday experience, located in the beautiful coastal City of Warrnambool. The park has both powered and unpowered sites as well as self-contained cabins.

Surfside is currently seeking a positive and energetic Reception Officer with the following skills and experience:

- Well-developed computer skills and ability to undertake reservation system processes and retail operations.
- Must have the ability to work in a team workplace and basic problem solving skills including mediation and dispute resolution.
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to adhere to all Council Policy’s and maintain the staff code of conduct
- Work experience in Tourism and/or Hospitality industries will be highly regarded





This is a Temporary Part Time position commencing from 23 November 2026 until 1 February 2027.
