A homegrown Australian PropTech, our client is the country's leading house and land marketplace. They have grown to over2.3 million visitors a year, a team of 40+, and they're on a mission to change how Australians find and buy new homes.

The Role

- Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline
- Network with and win current clients across developers, builders, project marketers and land estates
- Meet prospects to understand their project pipeline and sales goals, and present products to help them achieve it
- Convert opportunities into campaigns and onboard new clients
- Use campaign data and buyer insights to show value and support renewals
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new projects and opportunities




- Attend company and NSW industry events

About you

- 2+ years in land, house and land, or new-home sales, project marketing
- Proven record in B2B sales or strong relationships within those fields
- Good knowledge of the new-home market (builders, developers, land estates, buyer behaviour)
- Confident presenting commercial value to clients
- Organised, with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
- Self-motivated and comfortable running a NSW territory
