The opportunity

As Manager within the Business Advisory team, you'll play an important role in managing client relationships, overseeing technical accounting and taxation matters,



and working closely with the Partner to deliver commercially focused advice.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with relationship management, mentoring and broader business advisory responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries and business structures.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients.
- Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, IAS and associated compliance work.
- Providing technical taxation advice, tax planning and practical business advisory solutions.
- Working directly with the Partner on complex client matters, business strategy and growth opportunities.
- Overseeing workflow, deadlines, quality assurance and the delivery of exceptional client service.
- Supporting, mentoring and developing junior and intermediate accountants.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand advisory services.
- Contributing to the broader success and continued development of the Gold Coast practice.

What will help you succeed?

We're looking for an experienced accounting professional who brings more than technical capability.

You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership of outcomes and is confident working with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Ideally, you'll bring:
