Launch Housing is an independent Melbourne-based community organisation focused on ending homelessness. Tenancy Plus provides outreach case management to public housing tenants and community residents to help sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness.
The Tenancy Plus program supports clients with assessment, planning, advocacy and liaison to achieve secure, stable accommodation within the Foundational Support area and Collingwood location.
