We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team at Cricks Highway, where we represent 13 new car brands as well as pre-owned vehicles.

As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance, supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Manager who embraces a challenge, is driven to achieve and exceed KPIs and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

You will bring:

Proven experience and strong results as an Automotive Business Manager

A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs

Strong commercial and financial acumen

A highly motivated and results-driven approach

Exceptional sales, negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to influence and work collaboratively with the sales team

Robust leadership and mentoring capability

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A process-driven approach with a strong focus on compliance

The ability to identify opportunities and maximise every deal

A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Experience with ERA, Finance Connect and/or LeadDriver will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Your primary responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance,



Insurance and Warranty performance while supporting the broader sales team to achieve dealership targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving achievement of Finance & Insurance KPIs

Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity

Managing enquiries, follow-ups, deal negotiation and closing

Presenting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products

Coaching and supporting sales consultants to identify F&I; opportunities

Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey

Maximising profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach

Maintaining accurate and timely reporting

Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met

Leading by example and contributing to a high-performance team culture
