ABOUT THE ROLE
Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced MIG/Tack Welders for an ongoing opportunity with a leading precast manufacturing operation currently based in Buchanan, NSW. This role offers consistent full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term stability within a growing operation. Initially, successful candidates will be based at the Buchanan facility, with plans for the operation to transition to a new facility in Bennetts Green, NSW, within the coming months. Applicants must be willing and able to work across both locations as the transition occurs.

Role: MIG/Tack Welder (Reo Bar)
Employment Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00am start
Pay Rate: $42.61 per hour casual + penalty rates
Start: ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MIG and tack welding of reo bar
- Fabricating and assembling reo cages
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings
- Maintaining weld quality and consistency
- Following safety and quality procedures
- Supporting precast production activities
- General workshop and yard duties as required
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced welder who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely within a production environment.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous reo bar welding experience – Essential
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Own welding PPE
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work in Buchanan initially and transition to Bennetts Green
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- $42.61/hr casual + penalty rates
- Ongoing long-term opportunity
