Common Goal Consulting is seeking an HR/ER Consultant or Business Partner to join our Brisbane-based team on a casual, 15-20 hours per week basis. You will manage day-to-day HR and ER for a portfolio of clients and provide practical, hands-on guidance.
This role offers autonomy, direct client relationships, and opportunities to expand responsibilities as consulting work grows. You will operate primarily from home with occasional face-to-face meetings and travel.
