Mac Merchandising is one of the leading sales and merchandising companies in Australia, partnering with some of the world's best recognised brands such as Darrell Lea, Chobani, Mutti and My Muscle Chef.

We are seeking a Queensland full time Merchandiser to support our Territory Managers and take ownership of instore execution across their allocated territories within Independent Grocery. You will play a key role in ensuring our brands are represented to the highest standards in store, while building strong relationships with stores and the wider Mac Team.

This is a hands on, field-based role with overnight travel required, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and contributing to a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Execution

Maintain high merchandising standards across assigned stores

Tidy, organise, and optimise shelves and displays

Build and maintain off-location and promotional displays

Ensure products are correctly ranged, ticketed, and presented

Place orders and manage stock levels where required

Identify and resolve availability or compliance issues

Territory & Team Support

Support Territory Managers in executing campaigns and priorities

Overnight regional travel as required

Assist with major activations, launches, and seasonal programs

Relationship Management

Build strong, professional relationships with store owners and managers

Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day merchandising matters

Represent Mac Merchandising in a positive and professional manner at all times

Reporting & Systems





Use company-issued iPads to complete reporting and data capture

Accurately record store visits, tasks, and outcomes

Follow campaign guidelines and internal processes

Communicate insights and opportunities back to the wider team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Confidence working independently in the field

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfort using technology, including iPads and reporting systems

Willingness to travel regionally when required

A genuine interest in retail, merchandising, and brand execution

Previous experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or field sales is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
