Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is seeking a People Systems Data Analyst to support auditing of HR data in Workday, coach users, and resolve data discrepancies. You will help align data across Workday and payroll systems, build basic Workday reports, and contribute to training materials and stakeholder workshops.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years’ HR or HRIS data experience, solid Excel skills, and a proactive approach to learning Workday and data processes.
