Foundation Housing Ltd (FHL) is seeking a proactive property portfolio coordinator to manage the void process across metropolitan and regional WA locations. You will ensure timely re-letting and complete property condition reports, coordinating maintenance from scoping to completion.
Based at the Leederville office with regular travel to Perth metro properties, you’ll have robust IT skills, WHS knowledge, and a current WA driver’s licence to support hands-on duties and asset management.
