The Impact You’ll Make

- Deliver the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the Group, building integrated P&L;, cash flow and operating-driver models that are accurate and easy for others to use
- Own monthly commercial and executive reporting, with variance commentary that explains performance drivers and recommends next steps
- Track headcount, opex and capex against plan, flagging risks and opportunities early
- Act as a trusted finance adviser to business unit leaders, challenging investment proposals and new initiatives before decisions are made
- Analyse the return on pricing,



promotional and marketing activity, and support vendor negotiations with financial benchmarking
- Build country and market prioritisation models, and model licence fees, gaming duties, taxes and compliance costs across jurisdictions
- Develop unit economics and profitability analysis by market to inform entry, investment and exit decisions
- Partner with the Data and Analytics team to build reporting tools and dashboards, and drive automation to cut manual effort from the reporting cycle

Your Track Record

- 4+ years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering roles
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of completion
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with business intelligence and data tooling (Power BI, Databricks or similar) to build reports and dashboards
- Proven ability to partner with and influence non-finance stakeholders, translating financial concepts into plain language
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing commentary and analysis for executive audiences
- Comfortable operating across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- High attention to detail combined with the judgement to prioritise what matters commercially

- iGaming, sports betting, crypto or online entertainment exposure, including familiarity with gaming revenue metrics
