Darling Downs Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker (Sexual Health) to join our multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba, Queensland. You will deliver advanced counselling, assessment and case management to improve health and wellbeing outcomes and advocate for equitable access to care.

You’ll build trusted relationships with clients and partners, drive service improvements and contribute to evidence-based practice across the team. A focus on vulnerable populations in community settings is valued.
