Yorke and Northern Local Health Network in Port Pirie is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support older people to remain safe and independent at home. You will deliver person-centered nursing care under a Registered Nurse and work with carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes.

You must be an AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse with at least three years' experience, solid communication, empathy, and teamwork, and you will contribute to high-quality community care.
