HSE Advisor – Wind Farm Project - Regional NSW$70–$80 per hour3:1 RosterAccommodation & Meals ProvidedDIDOCasual on going contract We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major renewable energy project located near Mudgee, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale wind farm development, supporting site safety across civil, electrical and construction activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project management, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure a robust safety culture and compliance with all WHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HSE compliance across wind farm construction activities.
- Review and implement SWMS, JHAs, risk assessments and safety management plans.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including civil works, lifting operations, working at heights and electrical installations.
- Manage incident investigations, hazard reporting and corrective actions.
- Support subcontractor management, inductions and compliance with project safety requirements.
About You
- Previous HSE Advisor experience within construction, civil infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Wind farm or large-scale renewable energy project experience highly regarded.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, SWMS and high-risk construction activities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with site teams and subcontractors.
- Current White Card and driver's licence.
