As Head of Commercial, you will own revenue growth across Australia and the USA, reporting directly to the Founder and shaping the company's next chapter of global growth. You will lead new business, trade accounts, retail and showroom performance, with real influence over commercial strategy and a genuine seat at the table as the business expands into new markets.

What You'll Own
– Owning the company's commercial strategy and revenue targets across Australia and the USA
– Leading recent business development, trade sales, account management and retail
– Building a structured outbound business development engine, not reliant on inbound leads
– Personally leading key strategic opportunities and high value negotiations
– Growing and reactivating trade accounts across designers, architects, developers and retailers
– Leading, coaching and developing the commercial and account management teams
– Driving the commercial performance of the flagship Melbourne showroom
– Embedding HubSpot as the single source of truth for pipeline and forecasting
– Partnering with the Founder on company wide growth strategy
Who Thrives Here
– Proven track record as a commercial or sales leader driving revenue growth
– A natural business developer who builds opportunities from scratch
– Comfortable with outbound prospecting and face to face sales at a senior level
– Experienced leading and developing high performing sales teams
– Commercially analytical,
structured and disciplined in pipeline management
– Experience in premium, luxury, furniture, interiors or design retail is highly valued
– Energised by growth and comfortable owning a revenue number
