You will manage the day-to-day flow of goods in and out of our Castle Hill warehouse, and you will keep our logistics records accurate and current.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing orders, including some heavy lifting
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock accuracy
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well organised
- Coordinate with logistics partners to obtain quotes and manage air and sea freight shipments
- Work with the sales team to provide order and shipment status updates
- Work with administration to ensure accuracy of logistics on invoicing
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm timely deliveries
- Maintain logistics status records in our accounting system
About you
Previous warehouse, dispatch or logistics experience, or a strong background in a related field
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle heavy items safely
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort using accounting or inventory software
Experience with air or sea freight is highly regarded
A current driver's licence is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
