The Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead / QA Automation Engineer to join a major enterprise workplace in Sydney.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on testing professional with strong ServiceNow experience and deep expertise in Automation Anywhere. You will take a key role in developing, executing,



and enhancing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, establish effective test strategies, identify defects, and continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated testing strategies.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Execute automated tests, analyse results, and identify defects and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks, tools, and testing processes to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Document test cases, test results, defects, and supporting testing artefacts.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback relating to software quality and testability.
- Work with development and delivery teams to investigate, track, and resolve defects.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on automation testing approaches and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA, testing, and automation practices.
- Support testing activities within Agile delivery environments.
- Stay current with emerging QA automation technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Need

- 7–10 years of professional experience across quality assurance, software testing, and test automation.
- Strong hands‑on experience working with ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere.
